WELCOME To the RS v1.48 thread. RS (AKA Rule Spam) is a little program to help you spam your rules or help you advertise IN Diablo GAMES without typing it out each time. Instead, you pre-type it once into the program settings, and you press a "Hotkey" and it will type the whole message for you automatically! Here are some screen shots:

To run the program, double-click on the application with the Purple Gem icon.
HELP:
that means you have an older pc, which does not have .Net Framework 3.0 on it.
Only newer pcs have this automatically installed on them, including Vista.
To download .Net Framework 3.0, run the "dotnetfx3setup" program. Might take a while, so give it some time.

IF you get this message, click the continue button. This error may occure in the very beggining because you have not yet selected any rules for it to load from the settings, or a hotkey. So just press "Continue", and choose your hotkey and/or rules.
IS IT "DETECTABLE" ?
RS is NOT related OR injected into Diablo 2.exe. It's a program that is made from vb.net (Visual Basic is the same programing that makes Stealthbot (still not bannable), auto-it programs (such as mm.bot)), and will type "simulated keystrokes", just like a human being. Normally the BIGGER programs that b.net already knows about, are detectable/banable. Rs is extremely private compared to programs like "D2Loader", etc. i've had atleast one copy of rs on 24/7, and have not gotten banned from battle.net.
